Valveless /Tubeless Down the hole DTH Hammers

Valveless/Tubeless Down the hole DTH Hammers at the bottom of a drill string. The hammer is powered by compressed air transmitted via the drilling rod to drive the piston and produce impact power, which is then delivered into rocks for drilling and crushing. DTH drilling can be applied in mining, quarrying, water well drilling, foundation piling, etc. The DTH hammer uses compressed air to produce impact power, thus driving drill bits to crush rocks.

COP shank DTH Bit

Reverse Circulation (RC) hammer

Reverse Circulation (RC) hammers have been widely used in construction and mining activities owing to their high drilling efficiency and good dust control performance. We provide WRE054/WPR54R Reverse Circulation (RC) hammers. The RC hammer is used to collect underground rock and mineral samples quickly and efficiently using a pneumatic rotary drill. This hammer offers high speed and low cost per meter drilling.

Coupling Sleeves

Coupling sleeve for extension drill rod connection. The high nature of combination steels and CNC machining ensures our solid and predictable quality control of coupling sleeves. When utilizing rock drills with male shank connectors and an ordinary crowbar, a coupling is required to join the connector to the pole, guaranteeing the closure's contact for efficient power transmission.

PDC bit

PDC bit: We supply different PDC bits for water well and geothermal drilling. We have 3 wings, 4 wings, and 5 wings diameters from 2 7/8" to 12".

Tricone Bits
