Ame Drill Supply & Services Inc., a member of OGWA, became a member of the Ontario Ground Water Association (OGWA) in May 2022. OGWA was created in 1952 as a not-for-profit organization to facilitate various sectors of the groundwater industry coming together for the delivery of a safe, clean water supply throughout the province. Ame Drill has been contributing down-the-hole (DTH) hammers, down-the-hole (DTH) bits, down-the-hole (DTH) drill pipes, adaptors, and PDC bits to the water well drilling industry in Ontario since 2017. Ame Drill is aimed at helping water well drillers in Ontario to save their cost and get more profit by supplying high penetration rate DTH hammers & bits.
Approximately 3 million people in Ontario rely on groundwater as their primary source of potable water.
Groundwater is often the only source of clean water for drinking, farming, and manufacturing. A number of municipalities use groundwater as the major source of their citizens’ water supply.
