3 wings air flush chevron drag bits are one piece construction of alloy steel forged or cast with Tungsten Carbide cutting tips and gauge sides to ensure longer life. This chevron drag bits have 3 wings and 9 air flushing holes. Its wings distribute in the body of bit equably and the angle between each wing is 120 degree. Compared with step drag bit, Its wing look like “v” type, and strengthen bit abrasive capability in the process of drilling. Meanwhile, to some extent this construct can protect bit body better. Also flushing hole acts as a cleaning role in the drilling.

• CNC threaded machining for proper installation &use;

• Forgings are milled to better seat the carbide inserts.

• Select tungsten carbide inserts 5.5mm thick are standard.

• Relief is hand-ground behind carbide inserts for maximum performance.
